Briefing

Good briefing is crucial. Please be sure to

• tell us as much as possible about the case, the protagonists and their backgrounds.
• brief us about your expectations for the case.
• send us any relevant material - e.g. witness statements, correspondence, documents in the 'bundle' which may be referred to.
• regard us as temporarily part of your court appearance team and take us into your confidence.
• schedule time at the court before the case starts to go over the briefing material with your interpreter and check their understanding of your objectives.

Confidentiality

We take the confidentiality of our clients and their information seriously and are happy to sign confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements should you require them.
