our quality control measures

We are determined that your translations should be accurate. We achieve this by

• only engaging professional, qualified, experienced translators who translate exclusively into their mother tongue;
• insisting all work is proofread independently by someone other than the original translator;
• checking all work in-house to ensure that it is formatted to match your original document.

Even experienced translators are prone to errors and omissions while working under pressure. This is why we insist on every piece being double-checked. This vital second stage is included in our fees.
